Will need time to mature - great property

A few of my golf buddies have played the course and all came to the same conclusion.

Looks like a great property but will need a few years to mature. Not worth the price tag this year.

The facility seemed chincy and suprised a few basic admenities were not open yet. (putting green, club house, grill house at the turn, etc)

Give it 4-5 years to mature and it will live up to its billing.
